Content & Acceptable Use Policy

Zero tolerance: Vetiver Labs strictly prohibits any content that sexualizes, depicts, or implies minors. Prompts are screened, and prohibited attempts are logged with account and IP details and may be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

This Content & Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to everyone who uses Vetiver Labs (the "Service") and is part of our Terms of Service. Vetiver Labs is an adult platform for consenting adults. To keep it lawful and safe, the following rules apply to all prompts, generations, and other activity.

1. Absolutely Prohibited Content

You may not create, request, upload, or distribute any content that:

  • Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way. This includes real or fictional/AI-generated minors, "age-play" intended to depict minors, childlike characters in sexual contexts, and any related terminology (e.g., "loli", "shota", "teen", references to ages under 18). There are no exceptions.
  • Depicts non-consensual sexual activity, including rape or content presented as non-consensual.
  • Sexualizes real, identifiable people without their consent, including "deepfake" or face-swap style content of private individuals, public figures, or celebrities.
  • Depicts incest, bestiality, or sexual content involving animals.
  • Promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion.
  • Depicts extreme gore, genuine violence, torture, or content that glorifies self-harm.
  • Is intended to harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any person or group.
  • Promotes hatred of, or degrades, people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation, including hate symbols and slurs.
  • Includes a real person's private information, such as their full name together with intimate content, or their address, phone number, workplace or social media accounts.
  • Violates any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

2. Age & Consent

Every character on the Service is fictional and AI-generated. All depicted persons must be, and must clearly appear to be, adults aged 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not request minors or non-consenting real individuals. Ambiguous youth-coded requests are prohibited.

3. Prompt Screening & Enforcement

We use automated and manual measures to detect prohibited content. Prompts that appear to seek prohibited material — particularly anything involving minors — are blocked and logged, including the prompt text, your account, your IP address, and the time of the attempt. Depending on severity, we may:

  • Block the request and warn you;
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account;
  • Preserve evidence and report to law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC, as required or permitted by law.

4. No Circumvention or Misuse

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat our safety systems, filters, or rate limits, including through obfuscation, encoding, or "jailbreak" prompts. Attempting to do so for prohibited content is itself a violation.

You also may not:

  • use bots, scripts or other automated tools to generate images, create accounts, or collect content from the Service, or use the Service other than through the website;
  • resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to others, or run it as part of another product;
  • access or try to access another person's account, collect other users' login details, or impersonate Vetiver Labs or its staff;
  • upload or send malware, or do anything that disrupts, overloads or damages the Service or the systems it runs on.

5. Community Feed

Posts you share to the feed are seen by other members, so in addition to the rules above, they must not contain advertising, links, watermarks, usernames, contact details or other promotion; must not be spam, such as many near-identical posts; and must not be shared in order to harass or target anyone. We may remove posts that break these rules and stop accounts from sharing.

6. Your Responsibility for Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for any content you generate, download, share, or distribute. You agree not to use generated content in any unlawful manner or in any way that violates the rights of others.

7. Reporting Abuse

Every post on the community feed has a Report button. Reporting hides the post from your feed immediately, and posts reported by several users are taken down until we review them. Shared images, and the images Vetiver Labs adds to the feed, are also screened automatically, and posts that appear to depict a real person are held for review before they appear.

If you are depicted in an image on Vetiver Labs without your consent, or encounter any other content or behavior that violates this Policy, email vetiverlabs@gmail.com. We remove non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid request, and we review all other reports and take appropriate action. 8. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
